Sachu Technologies responsive that it is essential for its customers to have a continuous, reliable and pure electrical supply for today’s critical industrial and commercial business equipment. The monitoring of electric power helps to identify the important power quality problems such as voltage sags and swells, interruptions, harmonics, and high-frequency noise, consistently seen in industrial and commercial grid applications. Troubleshooting these problems requires accurate measurements and analysis of power quality with monitoring instruments that can effectively locate issues and identify solutions.
External or internal sources can cause voltage sags, surges or unwanted harmonics that can overload, damage or cause mal operation of systems ,Machinery, computers and other sensitive process equipment. For this reason it has developed expert teams proposing an array of Power quality and Harmonic study , Electrical safety Audit and Energy Audit testing, reporting, maintenance and installation services in India Hyderabad, Bangalore,Noida,Chennai,Coimbatore, Kolkata, Visakhapatnam, Nagpur, Delhi, Pune, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Indore, Surat, Baroda, Kanpur, Kochi, Bhubaneswar, Goa, Lucknow, Vijayawada, Nellore and other cities Such installations include Data Centres, Software companies , IT Parks,Defense Facilities, Health Facilities, Mining Sites, Manufacturing Plants etc.
we can help to diagnose the problem, quantify the magnitude of the problem through analysis and simulation, and recommend methods to solve it.

Harmonic sourcesThere are many sources of harmonics in industrial power systems, all of which share a common characteristic: a nonlinear voltage-current operating relationship. A nonlinear load has a discontinuous current that does not correspond to the applied voltage waveform. Any device that alters the sinusoidal waveform of the voltage or current is a harmonic producer. This includes such common components as transformers. Transformer inrush currents contain significant levels of low-order harmonics, such as the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. In addition, the transformer magnetizing currents will contain increased levels of the 3rd, 5th, and 7th order harmonics, when the applied voltage is higher than the rated voltage.
SOLUTIONS FOR MINIMISING HARMONICSOver-sizing or derating of die installation, connecting a series reactor with non linear loads,Installed Tunned passive Filter for one load or a set of loads, Active harmonic filters
